Must have caught them on a bad month We had a transmission put in by Graleys. Cost too much, took too long, and within 4 months the transmission was slipping. We tried to contact them but to no avail, they were either out of town, too busy, or they would have someone call us back--but guess what no phone call. We decided to cut our losses and have it repaired by a different company.
