I had more than one car at graleys for fixing the body etc of the car and have always been impressed with the quality of their work as well as their professionalism and high degree of customer service. Thank you graleys. And more times I have had several cars in to be detailed and again excellent work. Thanks especially Thomas and Scott for their work!!!
Worst service and work ever!!. They told me my car would be ready in 10 business days and they took 5 and a half weeks to get it back. And I still have to take it back because one of the parts did not come in and there is an issue with the work they did do. After three weeks of telling me every other day it _would be done in two days, I finallly got my car. They refused to pay on my rental car after all the delays were their fault-- didn't have the right paint after telling me for two weeks it was being painted. Then had to ... read more
