I’ve been coming to Grainger Nissan of Savannah for years since purchasing my car here, and I’ve always had a great experience. Their service center consistently delivers excellent service at fair prices, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable car service!
Took my truck in on a tuesday, told thursday it would be done friday and comes saturday nothing is done because that specific dealer can not work on that NISSAN truck at that NISSAN service center. Had to figure out on my own on how to tow it to a different nissan. Horrible communication and reliability from this service center.
