My recent experience with Grainger Nissan service department was awful. I had to keep calling to get an update on my vehicle. The price was higher then what was quoted and no one could tell me why. Then this morning I get a call from Mandy about the review I did and instead of taking accountability for the poor customer service she attempted to blame me. They hire people who are not knowledgeable about the business hours. The entire experience was awful.

Their service center consistently delivers excellent service at fair prices, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable car service!
Took my truck in on a tuesday, told thursday it would be done friday and comes saturday nothing is done because that specific dealer can not work on that NISSAN truck at that NISSAN service center. Had to figure out on my own on how to tow it to a different nissan. Horrible communication and reliability from this service center.
