Great service
Been here so many times for all our company cars' regular servicing. Service was excellent from start to end. They are never pushy and get the job done efficiently in time. Waiting area is nice, staff are professional and pay attention to your concerns. Be sure to book ahead as this location tends to be full frequently.
My recent experience with Grainger Nissan service department was awful. I had to keep calling to get an update on my vehicle. The price was higher then what was quoted and no one could tell me why. Then this morning I get a call from Mandy about the review I did and instead of taking accountability for the poor customer service she attempted to blame me. They hire people who are not knowledgeable about the business hours. The entire experience was awful.
