We are new customers, ordering a hard-to-find item from Grainger. Moving forward, this will be our go-to, even if it means driving a bit farther. Communication was clear, what we needed quickly came in, pick-up was quick and easy, and even though it was a brief transaction, the young man at the counter (Mike) really made an impression. (If I owned a business, I'd try to steal him.)
I came in not knowing size of part I needed and Pam was able to figure it out for me. She was very helpful, first time shopping at granger and I will be back.
Clerk acknowledged me quickly though she had another customer. Got my order shortly after. Never had a bad experience here
