Great place they have what I need every time I go in the store.
I came into the store about a week ago to pick up a shoulder screw for my coats tire changer. Unfortunately the dimensions I got from my owners manual wasn’t correct. The gentleman that helped me was very patient and helped me out with what I thought was the correct screw. The fault of my own. It tuned out to be about 1/4” too long. Needless to say I had to return them. Entire staff seem amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. Betsy help me during this visit. Was very patient with my ignorance. Thank you.
I needed pipe thread dies like nobody’s business. I was told by an employee at a retail branch that I could pick these up at the warehouse distribution center in Macedonia. The gentleman I spoke to at the warehouse was nice enough to place my items in will call, even though it was past the 2:30 pm cut off for same day pick up. This helped immensely and I am very appreciative of the employees that went out of their way to make another persons day a little less stressful. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.
