Drastically overpriced… Customer service is hit and miss
Updated review The fact that they responded to my review says a lot, so I am changing the rating from a 3 star to a 4 star. (I want some of the boots!) i stopped into Grainger today and thought it looked nice. The one problem they have though?everything is over priced- and I mean everything. Nice store, ok customer service (i walked around for 1/2 hour before a salesperson asked if I needed help) Other than the great selection of steel toed shoes and boots I probably won t be returning- the Prices are just way way TOO high. ... read more
Great service!! The lady in the front was so nice and very helpful was out of there in less than 5 minutes with the piece I need it.
They always have the capacitors we need in stock.
