I ordered three times and three times they sent me the wrong one. When I got to the store, I ordered with the seller. When I got to pick it up, half of it was missing because he didn't put it on the order.
Incredibly helpful employees with excellent customer service
Customer service is poor, no direct number to the actual branch you wanna speak to, prices are astronomical and the likelihood of their generic call system personnel returning a call when they are looking for you a part is highly unlikely..
When you call to make sure the product is there only to drive a half an hour to be told the could order it. Just lost a customer for life.
You guys have the worst hours possible for any working person to utilize your store. Also, INSANELY ridiculous to not have a working phone number.
