Wow the service was great and they had what I wanted the next day for pickup in the store. Love it
They are always friendly. Picking up parts is fast and seamless and they are always glad to have me double check that the part is correct.
I ordered three times and three times they sent me the wrong one. When I got to the store, I ordered with the seller. When I got to pick it up, half of it was missing because he didn't put it on the order.
Incredibly helpful employees with excellent customer service
Customer service is poor, no direct number to the actual branch you wanna speak to, prices are astronomical and the likelihood of their generic call system personnel returning a call when they are looking for you a part is highly unlikely..
