Janice went above and beyond for me. She was truly amazing She so deserves a raise. Felix is amazing too
I suspected my central air condenser fan motor was failing when it wasn't turning on anymore. So I took it out of my unit and went into the Grainger store in Manchester NH to ask for some help. Felix was super nice and helped me find a replacement motor for my seized up broken motor. It wasn't an exact replacement, but things do change after 20 years. Not at this physical location but purchased an item online in March with a expected delivery time in April. Item did not arrive when looking into the order saw it was still "preparing to ship" contacted customer service who told me it was backordered and would be in early June. Reached out to customer service late June looking for my order to be told it would be sometime in August.
