Professional and courteous, I would recommend it for needs in the industry.
I went in to store, on a Thursday, with the Milwaukee part # I needed. They didn't have the part in stock, but it showed it was available online. The employee had it ordered and informed me the part could be ready for pick up on Monday. I paid for the part and got a reciept. Monday @ 1 pm, got a text the part was delivered to the store and ready for pick up. Got to the store Tuesday, showed my reciept, was sent to the Pick up counter and was out of the store with my order in 3 min or less. Awesome customer service. Easy proc... read more
