They did not have the part I was looking for, but Maria actively started looking for a different solution for the issue I had. Came in today to warranty 2 guages that I bought a 3 year extended warranty for. One had failed 5 months ago and the other just recently. Sean and gerry helped me with the warranty and called corporate to do the exchange. The corporate office refused to warranty one as it failed 5 months ago. But I was not informed that the warranty had to be used right away once the part fails. Since I had a back up I figured I'd wait until they both failed. We'll corporate was not happy and would not exchange the guage or refund my warrant... read more
