Customer service is kind of meh but overall good experience.
I hate to leave this store specifically a bad review but its called Grainger and they represent the company. I made a very specific special order on two cordless magnetic drills that I needed on a certain date which normal shipping would have covered. I was told by 5 separate people that those drills were going to be delivered on a certain date at a certain time.
