November 9, 2025 - major submersible pump failure has engaged me with Grainger. This review is 10% for the local store (which is sadly 70 miles round trip from me!!) and 90% for the Customer Service folks who were magnificent and fantastic so far!! with an almost unbelievable warranty and product failure replacement!!!) You have numerous stores in Florida and you cannot call an individual store? This makes no sense at all. Instead you call a number that has to email the store. Now waiting to hear back. All I need to know is if they do calibrations.
