Remy is the greatest. I made a blunder and mistaked their closing time. This angel stayed late for me to get my equipment!
You have numerous stores in Florida and you cannot call an individual store? This makes no sense at all. Instead you call a number that has to email the store. Now waiting to hear back. All I need to know is if they do calibrations.
Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean store and easy to navigate. Would recommend giving Grainger a try when looking for parts to keep you running.
