Shopping at Grainger is a no hassle experience. I place my order online, adding to it over the course of the week, and in a few days I head to the store for pick-up. Ms. Ebony always greets me with a smile and she remembers me from one visit to the next. That personal touch goes a long way. She is also a pro, checking off numerous orders as we load and never once have I left shorthanded. It is nice dealing with pros who don't waste your time and who are on top of their game. Good work Ms. Ebony and good work Grainger.

First time we went here. The guy looked up in the catalog and told us it was not in stock & would need to be ordered. No big deal but after telling us at least 10x how expensive it would be ( without giving us a cost) we understood he didn't really have any interest in us buying. He gave us another place that would be cheaper. Never was cost an issue if it met our business need.
