I've known Grainger since the 1980' and was once a steady customer before retirement. I always had faith that, I CAN FIND IT HERE!
Closing at four is absolutely useless
horrible customer service, the people who work there do not know anything in the store, order a piece online and they gave me the wrong one, the person who was helping me (Sean Janczak) has no idea of anything, he returned to me order the piece and come back later and surprise they gave me exactly the same piece and it gets worse, they charged me both parts and I don't have the part I need, I call customer service and they tell me they will return it to me in 10 business days, so I don't have the part I need to work and I ... read more
This place is great. They have an amazing selection. I needed several 24v AC coil relays (specialty item that’s hard to find). The representative (Ed?) spent a LONG time helping me find the right combination of parts to fit my specific request and had a great attitude!
