Great staff members very professional
They have hard-to-find parts, but more importantly, they list the complete dimensions and specs, so you know exactly what you are getting. That extra detail is appreciated. The staff at the Norwood location is excellent, and I go out of my way to use that location.
The staff here has always been great throughout the years but I gotta say I don't get all of the 5 star reviews. Everything I've ever bought here or tried to buy has been ridiculously overpriced, like 100% or 200% more than what I'd pay if I could get the item elsewhere. But I think that's their business model. It's great that they have pretty much one of everything that you can't find anywhere else locally and they know that if you walk in there you need it today and they're going to charge you a premium for it.
