I'm a new car owner and wanted a portable power washer. I met Sergio couple days ago and I am happy he's the one who helped me. He was very informative and has great personality. He's outgoing, very knowledgeable and friendly. I went back to pick it up and he wasn't there...I was sad.

I had a terrible experience at THIS grainger industrial supply store. The staff were unhelpful and didn't seem to know their own inventory. The store itself was a mess, making it hard to find anything. Prices were high, and the checkout process was painfully slow due to cashier errors. I won't be returning and suggest you look elsewhere for your industrial supply needs.
