I had a failing blower motor and needed a fix as soon as possible. Each person from start to finish was extremely kind and helpful. From concerns over the phone, to identifying the problem, and finding oem or oem equivalent parts that worked for me. We had to find parts in stock same day that matched spec. Called to check if a simple product was availabe and the guy on the phone, who barely spoke English, decided that he needed all of my personal info in order to do that. Horrendous customer service, would recommend anything else.
