I'd been to Granger in 20 or 25 years because the counter help at basically no clue as to what is going on. I needed an idler pulley today for a piece of the Machinery it's just a standard V belt idler tensioner pulley with a bolt hole in the middle very common piece I laid it on the counter the customer service guy (lem), says what's that? I told him it is an idler pulley, a tensioner pulley for a v-belt. (Again, customer service has no clue.) Grainger always has what you need.
Already not wanting to go across town I was not looking forward to exchanging my boots that had damaged. Luckily Aaron was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the exchange easy breezy. The store was loaded with so many work related items. I will definitely be back.
