This is not a review of Grainger but a review of an employee interaction. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude to the customer in front of me and to myself. Kept complaining about customers and saying he needing a break. Did not say can I help you, just pointed at me then acted weird when I didn’t walk up because I wasnt sure who's turn it was. Employee XLXS010 needs retraining or an attitude check... whatever you call it.

I'd been to Granger in 20 or 25 years because the counter help at basically no clue as to what is going on. I needed an idler pulley today for a piece of the Machinery it's just a standard V belt idler tensioner pulley with a bolt hole in the middle very common piece I laid it on the counter the customer service guy (lem), says what's that? I told him it is an idler pulley, a tensioner pulley for a v-belt. (Again, customer service has no clue.)
