I received Great service today from Tim . Very helpful and had a great personality. Made my time at Grainger very enjoyable while shopping for tools .
The people answering the phones and giving out quotes have excellent customer service and knowledge for cross referencing parts and equipment. Nice to see Grainger storing info to make quotes and POs efficient thank you. Keep up the good work.
The call center representatives are immaculate. They did transfer my call two times, but that was not a bad thing at all. First rep couldn't help me but instead of blowing me off, he offered to transfer me to someone way more knowledgeable and even stayed on the line with me until we connected. The 2nd rep knew exactly what I was looking for with just a few readings on the component that I was trying to replace. Amazing customer service!!! I called to purchase a part for my A/C and had a few questions so I was connected with a gentleman that was able to answer all my questions assuring me that I was getting the correct part. He then connected me with a person to help me make the purchase. So on the phone I spoke with 3 human beings that were very polite and helpful.
