Great spot definitely need a company account to shop here but other then that clean good customer service.
My experience with Granger was as satisfying as their commercials depictions of people in need of parts. My DeWalt power washer pull cord broke today so I went to our local Granger store and picked up a brand new replacement part in 2 minutes. Their employees are friendly and professional. I will go back.

Excellent customer service
Purchased gas wall furnace and noticed the cabinet enclosure was dented badly upon install. Since the furnace was for a leased premises (small cottage) we had to install to maintain heat in the cottage, but grainger would not do anything to help except to offer a replacement. With plumber fees for gas piping removal and re-installation that was not an option.
