Spent thirty minutes on the phone with customer service trying to get a simple question answered
Extremely satisfying experience. There was one glitch (item arrived damaged) but their personable and professional customer service team communicated with us regularly and after a short delay we were able to pick up our items. Highly recommend.
Very quick to fill our orders and the FOH staff are super friendly and helpful. We will be back!
This company likes ads, which is pretty standard, except their ads ONLY play 5 hours deep into white sound videos titled "for sleep". This means no REM sleep, no waking up rested! I dont really care if its the companies fault or not, the fact of the matter is your ads that you paid for have spawned an active hatred for your company due to the way they are played.
