I don't know why people are complaining about the corporate number. This store doesn't make the policy, they just follow it. Also the corporate number has been nothing but helpful. They are not the lowest prices in town but the customer service standard is worth it. It is very rare today to have helpful and happy people on a corporate call line and in person in the store. Was told my order would be ready on the 6th/ today........ I called and now they're quoting the 11th.
What a terrific store. Grainger industrial supply does a lot of business with customers much bigger than I but their tools selection, organic herbicide, gloves, they have a little bit of everything. The store is very clean, and there is always someone ready to help you. It was very great stop and I look forward to returning.
