First time customer, Literally had what I needed with no issue; The experience was very easygoing and customer service was very gracious and helpful. I say ask for Tara at the Arlington Hts. Location as she helped facilitate my pickup. Literally other places I'd expect to have a certain tool I needed that was somehow out of stock everywhere it seemed, but they had what I needed.. something as simple as a magnifying lense as I work in construction. Hey Grainger! I hope you read customer reviews. I'm available to train all your low performing staff and improve your miserable system at the same time.
