Corporate training really needs to be stepped up on the knowledge of their products. I walked in with the NPT air fittings and the counter associate didnt know what a basic T fitting with a compression fittings was. He send a pic to tech support and they didnt know either. The irony here is that I bought these items here and just needed to duplicate them. Computers really have ruined the world.
The woman working the customer service desk was extremely patient and went very far to assist me in finding a solution to my problem. I didn't end up purchasing a product at the time, but i really feel this review is needed because the service was amazing.
