Great place to get parts and tools. And not that expensive . And they are friendly with good advice.
They only had one of the V-belts I needed in stock but the guy behind the counter helped me pick out one that was close enough to work within the tolerances I was beholden to. I actually think the new size is working even better! I've always had good experiences with them. This one's just the most recent. Very helpful staff!
I just left this location and I have had an amazing experience. From Julius at the 1800 call center, then the smile and greeting from Ros, to the expert advice provided by Jacob and Brian, I could not be happier with their overall customer service. The next time I need something unique and last minute, I will go directly to Grainger and know that I will be taken care of. TOP NOTCH LOCATION!!
