Top Notch customer service!...i had a 1tdp6 fan blower go out 15 minutes after Grainger closed...the customer service guy had one overnighted from Denver...i call to check on the status because 3 hours later i still hadnt rec'd and shipping confirmation... they said to it prolly hadnt shipped, and found a compatable one out of dallas that they would do a same day delivery on for me... i called the next morning to check the status of the one from Denver, it didnt ship, so they canceled it, and had me one in my hands by 2:38 T... read more
Wholly Moly!! Grainger came to my rescue!! Being an ELECTRONICS technician of 40+ years, where do you go in Conroe, Tx just to get some soldering wick? NO ONE had any available, but GRAINGER.
