Bad experience buying from Granger, I order a dust collector and paid on line, sent my employee to pick it up the machine with the order confirmation and our company name. The Grainger employee refused to give the machine to my worker and demanded for the person who made the purchased to be present to pickup the machine with the credit card and ID , My employee told him to call the shop and confirm the purchase and offer to show his ID but was not enough for them so I end up canceling the order.
