I ordered products to be picked up at the local store and paid for them with my credit card, but after TWO WEEKS, my order status only says "Not Ready for Pickup". the charge is posted on my card, but my order has not even been delivered to the store. BEWARE!!!! This is a very poor way to do business!

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Only offer a 30 day warranty on a $240 electric fan motor, motor only lasted 4 months before it locked up ! They said the warranty would be longer if I were a business and had a big account, obviously not a business for the normal guy/homeowner!!! Will never go back and I don’t recommend them to the average customer
