I purchased a item at this location approximately two days ago. I find it quite odd that the sales person who appeared to be a young gentleman with glasses, tells me that I have to open up an account to be able to bring back an item if there’s a problem with it. When did a receipt no longer cut it. Or was it something about me that didn’t cut it. Has anyone heard of such bullshit before?
