Nice employees, very professional store. Only con is I HATE that I cannot talk to the branch directly. You have to talk to their call center and they answer questions for the branch which is a terrible idea and very annoying. Other than that, very nice store

My wife and I drove down from Germantown almost 40-45 mins to purchase a garage heater . There is a Grainger much closer to us in Dayton but they didn’t have the heater I was interested in. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately employee # XKXW107 can’t remember her name but this was her employee number I’m assuming. She was very very helpful and helped us to find the exact heater we were looking for. Her and another gentleman got several different models out to let us see them and compare them to what we were looking for.... read more
I have been a customer with Grainger’s for years. First and last time at this location. I walked in asked for help and felt like I was a nuisance to the cashier. He offered 0 help finding my item and was so rude I walked out the store. Really surprised me for a Grainger’s!
