My wife and I drove down from Germantown almost 40-45 mins to purchase a garage heater . There is a Grainger much closer to us in Dayton but they didn’t have the heater I was interested in. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately employee # XKXW107 can’t remember her name but this was her employee number I’m assuming. She was very very helpful and helped us to find the exact heater we were looking for. I have been a customer with Grainger’s for years. First and last time at this location. I walked in asked for help and felt like I was a nuisance to the cashier. He offered 0 help finding my item and was so rude I walked out the store. Really surprised me for a Grainger’s!
My AC went out so I went to Lennox Parts for help. They couldn’t help me but they mentioned Grainger and wow, glad they did. I haven’t had adult, professional customer service in a while. Refreshing. I went twice in the same day, two different people, great service. Thank you for hiring capable friendly people.
