Incorrectly charged for a canceled order and one week later the charge is still not refunded... phone calls have been useless...
If you're looking for a part that you can't find anywhere else this is the place to go. However expect to pay a lot more than what you would somewhere else for for it. The customer service seems to depend upon which employee you get, but I would say it's mostly a positive experience.
