Diana has to be the worst Grainger employee. I talked to 3 customer service representative over the phone and another 1 in person and they were all pleasant and extremely helpful but Diana was rude and unhelpful, she lied to me. She said that no returns can be made if the parts didn't fit, her words, "it has to be in sellable condition in original packaging". Went back n forth with a few of the "other" hardware stores for some bathroom sink cartridges, should have known to come here first. One trip, right parts, prob solved. À++

Super friendly and helpful service. One of the few places a home owner can pick up an AC capacitor. Most HVAC supply stores do not sell to the public.

Excellent location, my truck broke down and the employees in here were extremely friendly and allowed me to wait inside while my tow truck arrived. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for high quality parts, or materials required for any of your industrial applications. They have certainly earned my business moving forward!
