Although I brought in all my information for my new business account, Liliana Reyes still treated me as if I were a criminal committing fraud when everything about my business is legitimate and also customer service never advised me that I could use my credit line that I was granted for 3-6 months

STAFF: 5 stars. The crew here on the morning of Wednesday February 7, 2024 was incredibly attentive and helpful. I noticed they would call for backup when there was a line to minimize wait time. Specifically, Anthony, Rick/Ricky (via phone), and one other Grainger team member were able to help me resolve my issue under manufacturer's warranty and bring back the pump we needed for our warehouse.
