Useless front desk employee with an attitude bothered I even walked in doesnt know how to measure a hydraulic coupler for replacement didnt even try to help, could tell he just wanted us to leave. Will never go back and will be telling all fellow companies to go elsewhere. Waste of time.

I was on the phone with customer service. They said their Portland store had a part we needed. I sent one of my employees on a 30 minute drive for them to get there for Grainger to actually NOT have the part in stock.
The level of service from the Customer Service Call Center is WAY above the current industry standard. I've been very impressed!
