We’ve taken occasional projects to Grainger for years trying to keep our business local. Unfortunately their service deteriorated thru COVID and after months of trying to follow-up on an order without response has by all appearances now permanently closed and our deposit gone.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband paid for a piece of glass two years ago that we never received. We have followed up multiple times and gotten different excuses. We have since sold our house and moved out of province and would just like our $100 back at this point. Keep in mind when you take money for a product and don’t provide the product, that is stealing. Plain and simple. I will remove this for our money back, a generous offer since you e had it for TWO YEARS!
A superb small business that everyone needs to support. Had exactly what I was looking for!!
