I placed an order on Tuesday for a product needed this Friday. The only location that would have it in time is not the closest location to me but I went ahead and placed the order for pick up on today Thursday. I did not hear back from so I asked when it would be ready to be picked up this morning - the day of pick up I am told it will not arrive until the next day and late in the afternoon well after the scheduled job the item is needed for. Let's be honest. Grainger is really expensive. Good. I'm glad we got that out of the way. Now, if you can't find a part you need anywhere else, go here. They will probably have it. Nice staff and a nice location. They had to special my parts, but they got there quick and the price was okay. I will be back.
