Ordered a hard to find bourbon through Grain & Vine. Never got an order confirmation number and four days after placing the order received a word salad email asking for my patience as the order had not yet shipped due to a "high volume of orders this month". Tried to cancel order over the phone but the employee on their end said they couldn't help since they had "no access to online orders" and to "try back later when somebody else might be able to help." Grain and vine have an excellent collections of spirits from all over and the staff always knows their stuff. I’ve always reached out to the staff for recommendations and I’ve been steered right a lot of the times. They know how to pair wines with meals and I love when they let me know when they’ve received new items. Great customer service and a great selections of spirits. Keep up the great work
