I’ve been to this spot multiple times and the acai bowls are amazing, great quality and they’re my favorite in the Richmond area, the store is also very clean which I love. What I do wish is just for there to be better service, I’ve been here probably 3 separate times and I’ve had an interaction with a younger female that wears a hijab and glasses, that haven’t been the nicest. The only reason I am giving this an overall three star review is because of the misleading advertising versus online and what is in store or on the app. When I ordered the “Keto Bowl” (online) I was under the impression (first photo) I would get those items and fullness, however, in the second photo is what I received. Mind you I did not have the mozzarella, the balsamic glaze, or the basil. It was just the thin layer of avocado, hard boiled eggs, tomato, and everything season seasoning. Grain & berry really lives up to their saying “where healthy meets delicious” They have many options from açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, and several food options. I recommend everyone come out and try you will be happy you came🥰
Grain and Berry is hands down the best açaí place ever! My family and I come here at least once a week we’re obsessed! 😂 Not only is the food amazing, but the service and atmosphere are always fantastic too.
staff is very friendly and our acai bowl was delicious! we got spirulina base bowl with fresh and yummy toppings. love it!!
