I saw a TikTok that Grain & Berry has the best chicken Caesar wrap in Nashville. In the video, it looked really good. I ordered it today and it is completely different. I don’t appreciate when food is not consistent at restaurants. The chicken Caesar wrap that I got today is literally mush in my mouth.
I am here to write about the customer service. The girls behind the counter are as grumpy as they could be! No hello, no thank you nothing. I just picked up my Acai bowl (which btw is very good!) and this woman behind counter - doesn’t smile, no hi, asks name and I say my name and just hands the order with a grumpy face and walks away while I am still standing there.
