This is not the first time this has happened, and at this point it’s clear it’s a pattern. We walked in with plenty of time before closing and were met with immediate attitude and hostility, as if our presence was some huge inconvenience. The staff was rude, short, and made it very clear they did not want to serve us. No greeting, no professionalism — just eye-rolling, impatience, and an overall awful vibe. The staff here was extremely unfriendly and the experience was very disappointing. My friend and I ordered two flatbreads and two smoothies and spent around $50. Despite the store not being busy, we waited about 20 minutes for our food — and oddly, our flatbreads came out before the smoothies. After about 40 minutes with still no drinks, we went up to check on them. Crystal was so helpful recommending the Caesar wrap (which was delicious) and the healer juice! She was so kind and welcoming, we will be back!
