The smoothie was essentially flavored water, with a hint of barely detectable fruit. When I asked if they could remake it, I was told they follow “sTrIcT mEaSuReMeNtS” and there was nothing they could do. Apparently their recipe for a $12 medium Smoothie is tap water with a hint of depression. To make matters worse, they handed it to me with the outside of the cup still sticky from spilling over, clearly without the slightest effort to clean it. the only place i get açaí bowls, rafael is so goated and has great customer service skills!
Raphael had great service very kind and I came in right before closing and he had a great attitude and answered all my questions and helped me out very well. Best service with him out of all of the times I have been here!
