I’ve waited to post this review, but I still feel it needs to be said. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this establishment over the years, but I will not be returning. The food is good when everything is available. Unfortunately, that is rarely the case. Very deserving and dishonest business. I ordered my food and even tipped before which very unfortunate. After I waited for 45 minutes I had to go after I asked for a refund they said we can’t, a manager will reach out which is never happened, I contacted the business again and of course it’s the pitch THE MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE HE WILL CALL BACK, I even asked for the owner number since the manager not doing his job, they said the manager is the owner. Shania the best customer service ever!
The food looks good and all but the service is absolutely lavaTrash to be waiting that long when I’m the only person in store is ridiculous tbh. Pay them more so they are more enthusiastic about servicing people it’s Saturday and I could have just gone to chic fil a but wanted to try this spot. 25+ dollars to sit and wait so long. Anyway the wrap was alright.
