The young lady who took my order did not greet me or say anything while I ordered seemed rude and uninviting.My Acai was watered down about time I got in the car and the banana tasted as if it were going bad.I wasted $15.
Cool place when you walk in. Good menu, but service is extremely slow. Only 2 other people eating there and 3 people on staff. Workers are not concerned about delivering orders quickly as they looked to socialize with each other first. Was there with my family of 4, they served 3 of the items first which took 20 min and then worked on a to go order before the 4th item. I really liked the açaí bowl. The toppings were generous and the açaí was the perfect consistency.
I honestly love Grain and Berry and have always had good experiences, which is why this was so disappointing. This Apopka location was completely dead when I walked in, yet I still waited over 30 minutes for my food while being the only customer there at first. I called multiple times before arriving and nobody answered the phone either. What really got me was that another lady came in after me, ordered after me, and somehow got her food before me.
