HORRIBLE!!! I call 3 hours before this shop closes, I tell them I **just need the spare thrown on** to replace a flat tire, and they say they have 2 people in front of me and won't be able to do it. I ask how long the 2 customers will take, and they say, "We have no idea." So how do they know they won't have time to throw on my spare? I ask them realistically how long it will take to throw on the spare, and he literally says, "Oh well, you never know.
