My sister and I went to Grahams Marion store today and was served by Alissara. She had outstanding customer service, and made me feel valued as a customer. She was super friendly, personable and clearly a great asset to this company. Will definitely shop from here again! :)))

won’t buy anything here. Bought two rings and need to upsize them. It was delayed to one month but no message or call to let you know about such a long delays. When back to store , staff just said , we can do nothing, you need to ring the head office. Before you purchase it, they showed really good attitudes, after that, no customer service !!!!and also , never pay for extra to get their warranty, useless.
Absolutely terrible customer service the younge girl who has accent and work there is very arrogant and rude and she accused me that I might steal watch and run , I was just asking if I could check one of the watches which she didn’t know even what she is selling zero knowledge about watches rude customer service don’t recommend this place to anyone
I put my watch in with Grahams in January to have it repaired. I’ve had to follow the store up MULTIPLE times and STILL haven’t received my watch back even though it’s nearly July now. When I spoke to the store about it they said it was because “we have different staff on each day”. Totally unacceptable to hold a very expensive watch for nearly 6 months. Wouldn’t trust these people now will I ever purchase from them again.
