Pathetic shopping experience. What kind of store is this whose head office closes at 5pm but the shops are open till 5.30pm.

How ridiculous with Grahams Jewellers website setup. Purchased and paid immediately on Sunday 06/08/23 (order number GR200035256) and personally emailed the next day 07/08/23 to make sure this birthday gift is being processed (SRPK17K), at that time item still showing stock available on their website.
