Avoid!! Rude, dismissive customer service from Angela. Carpet rippled up throughout the house within a year and had to fight for 7 months before receiving any appropriate action. Installation is clearly NOT their strength. Carpet was good though. Ended up threatening Fair Trade Ombudsman before getting any positive outcome. Not worth it in the long run.
These employee's need to communicate with each other better and at least give their carpet layer a mobile phone so he can be contacted. From ordering carpet on a Saturday where the staff member didn't know what the carpet name was or how to fill out an invoice form he assured me he would show the office girl which carpet it was and they would ring me on Monday. I had to ring them on Monday and pay for the carpet, Carpet layer to come 0900 Tuesday, turned up with wrong carpet. Then assured me he would be back the following da... read more
