They were very friendly. They did my service even though I was late. They’re dog friendly. I was not disappointed with their service of my vehicle, no extra services were done without my permission and they gave a pretty detailed report on other issues with my vehicle. Thank you guys.
Everyone on the team at Grahams, from the front office specialists to the mechanics were outstanding on a recent issue we had them look at. We had been using another mechanic service for the past few years here in Madison, but with a recent potential oil leak, we wanted to give someone else a try.
