I was thinking that my car repairs would be routine maintenance. My sensor lights for tire pressure and ABS were on. I was led to believe that new sensors would fix this problem. Guess what! 10 months later I finally had to get all 4 tires replaced. The $27 dealership repair held until the end. Grahams quoted me $800-1100 for the repair. All 4 tires at the dealership were hundreds less than Grahams lowest quote. Avoid, or at least get a second opinion when dealing with Grahams. My 2020 Ford Ecosport needed a repair. Graham’s quoted a repair range of $800-1100. I had the car towed to a Ford dealership and they repaired the vehicle for $27.96. Excellent first experience. Oil change and tire rotation at a reasonable rate. Next appointment is complete fluid service. Staff was friendly. Grace is excellent, she's a pro.
I couldn’t have more lucky to stumble upon Graham’s Auto! After a weekend adventure 5 hours from home, I was concerned with the way my truck was driving. Not knowing what it could have been, I pulled in and listed the “symptoms”. Troy was quick to assess. He took care of the issue in a timely but thorough manner and we were back on the road in no time. It gave me such peace of mind that the kids and I could continue on (or off!) the road home.
