Still Best Shop for Me This repair, after getting to my home I checked my old records. Chris has treated my mom and I like family since she met us. I moved to Baltimore 6 months ago not knowing anyone and she has been looking out for me the entire time. She has been so generous in helping me out. I got in a car crash and she took care of everything for me, even helping me with the insurance process. I HIGHLY recommend!!!
Absolutely terrible. Do not bring your car here under any circumstances. Unprofessional mechanic who refused to work on my car when I asked why he was charging so much for a battery cleaning. Then led me on to believe that he would work on the car once I got him to calm down and explain to me why he was charging so much. Waited two days because they told me it would take that long for parts to come in and then when I called him back to check on the car he said oh I told you I wasn't working on the car. I use my car daily, like many, and need a reliable mechanic that I can trust. And these people are honest, hard working people. I am so glad a friend told me about this auto repair shop because I've had awful experiences with dealerships or other auto repair companies in the past, where you can tell they legitimately don't care about you or your vehicle, just making money.
