met w him in ER, he was like ‘not home’, didn’t listen, minimized and talked over my wife- asked a couple flat questions and didn’t listen well to answers ~very disappointing. Even had us repeat things because he said he was thinking about other stuff?! You have 6 min w patients- show up. Bad experience. We will drive to slc next time.
