We travelled from Macclesfield to Chester to check out an MX5 that met our price and mileage spec. We ended up test driving a different MX5 and then a Z4 with better mileage but higher price. There was no pressure to buy from the guys but we came away with the Z4! And boy are we pleased with it - it's brilliant!! They have a good range of cars which will obviously change near daily and at competitive prices so it's well worth the visit - even if you leave with not what you expected :)

Graham and his team were excellent throughout the purchase of my BMW. Even more importantly, when a fault occurred post purchase he was happy to sort the issue properly without fuss. I would recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Graham Walker Ltd. I purchased a vehicle from them expecting reliability, but within a short time, the car broke down. What’s worse is the poor customer care I received when I contacted them about the issue.

If you are purchasing a vehicle from this company, extend the warranty! Following 6 months warranty on our ML63 AMG, our electric parking break is stuck on and the car is not drivable. Upon phoning Graham Walker for some advice they were VERY unhelpful and rude, they did not care. After previous bad experiences with big companies like Arnold Clark, we thought a small “family run” business would be more compassionate but unfortunately not. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Bought an Audi Q5 from Graham Walkers and couldn’t be more pleased. Great to deal with, hassle free, just a very positive experience. We had a slight issue with the vehicle (nothing major) a week or so later but Graham sorted it all out in no time. Thank you.
