Graham is a fine physician. His receptionists look like adults, but perform like high school students. I arrived 15min before my scheduled appointment time, as requested. I sat in the lobby for 45min, ignored. Medical offices remind you of your appointments repeatedly by text message, email, and automated voicemails nowadays, trying to avoid "dead space" in their calendars.
